Update – 7.30.09

Hey gals.  Just wanted to post some reminders…

New Member Orientation – Meet in the blue room at 7:45.  The construction makes things difficult, so plan accordingly!  Make sure to check the clothing list with what you need to wear / hair / etc.  Make sure you know what you need to have and bring.

Don’t forget we have auditions for Team Dance and Soul with a Capital S tomorrow afternoon.   You will be judged on knowing the routine / cleaning the routine – being able to do execute the routine properly / showmanship.  Be prepared and ready for this audition.

Tomorrow is the deadline for the Lauren G. workshop.  The location has been changed to Frontier Trail.  The clinic is from 2:00-3:30.  You need to arrive at 1:30 to get registered.  You DO NOT walk into late to class.  This is such a great opportunity.  I am so proud that we have such a good turn out.  Work and push yourself so hard.  Remember your class etiquette!  Enjoy this experience!!  I am so jealous!

Starting on Friday, start bringing your field show fanny pack (Sutherlands pouch).  This is something you will need to have every day through all of field show season.

Enrollment Info

We need more help for enrollment next Tuesday.  If you can work a longer shift, work an extra shift, have a family member that can work an extra shift, please let me know!  Remember, this is for you all.  We can really use your help!

Remember to wear jeans / jean shorts / jean capris on bottom and any Eaglette t-shirt on top.  You CANNOT park in front of the school.  You must park on the side of the school and enter through the 800 hall side entrance.  Let me know if you do not know where this is.

Enrollment Volunteers - Here is the list of shifts so far.  Macy and Morgan S. did not sign up.  Kayla and Shelby were assigned a shift.  Let me know if anything does not work.

Working Enrollment

Hey girls.  We need girls to volunteer to work an Eaglette table at enrollment.  The money being raised is for you so it is important that you help out.  It is next Tuesday, August 28th.  I am including the sign up and will bring it to technique tomorrow.  If you can work more than 1 hour, that would be fabulous.  This can make up points or earn you extra credit points.  Do not sign up for the time after 5:00 because we have our BBQ that evening.  Thank you for your help.

Hey girlies!   Don’t forget on Wednesday we have technique from 9:00-11:00 and jr/sr from 1:00-3:00.

Band Camp is quickly approaching.  Check the July calendar for the schedule, if you have forgotten.   I posted the clothing list under documents.  Click here for a letter with basic information.  Go to the Band Website for information at http://teachers.olatheschools.com/~jloveon/  It does not all apply, but it has some very important information.  Let me know if you have any questions!
