Update for Tuesday

Hello beautiful girls!  I hope you had a great day!  A couple quick things…

• We are meeting OUTSIDE BY THE BLUE ROOM tomorrow!  Please read this and spread the word.  We are going to practice parade.  You MUST have your poms.  I will put your flags in my car.  Spread the word about this!  When we do parade, you must be disciplined and attention!  You also must SMILE to the fabulous fight song! :)
• I have important National information to discuss with you at 6:55 so make sure you are there.
• We were a little off of our game today.  I think it was the Monday morning blues  I know it was a Monday morning but if we lose all Mondaymornings that is a lot of practice time lost that will never get back…or have to make up later! :(   Lets step it up tomorrow!  Get excited!! :)
• For today’s corrections, click here.  I posted more cleaning points today to help you review.  Please go over these things.  It is up to each of you to make yourself better!
• I cannot figure out the broken links right now, so for this week, take the hard copy grade check in the locker room.  It is due on Thursday!

Update for Wednesday

You’ve made it half way through the week!  Wahoo!

Please be reviewing Team Dance and Soul with a Capital S for Friday’s performance.  There has been a change in plans for Friday.  I will give you the details in the morning.  Please be on time.

FROM TODAY:

Positive:  Showmanship is greatly improving!  I don’t know if it is for the ride, but I will take it.

Middle:  Presentation is improving with smiles, but we lack the Eaglette pride.  Stand tall and be proud…you have good reason.

Needs Improvment:  Intensity level…we cannot settle with going through the motions. 

I am going to start posting individual corrections.   Please review each night and correct for the following practice.

Congratulations, Katie Wiseman!  The answer to Who Am I is…HABIT!!!  Please re-read with that in mind!

Sign Duties

Get excited!  We are helping increase the spirit at North and making signs for the games.  Go Eagles.  We will be borrowing the cheerleaders’ supplies, which are located in the South Gym Locker Room.  We are making signs just like the ones that are hanging in the back showers. (Well, not identical in the artwork!)  It is your chance to leave your mark!! :)

You are to work with your family.  Each family has 3 posters to do for football (senior families) or soccer (junior families).  The family of 3 has 4 signs to do.  If you want to designated a poster party day when all the families can do it together, that would be great fun.  You must get your sign done BEFORE the game date.  This is required and if you did not get your sign done then you do not cheer / perform at that game or the next game (in the case of soccer.)  I would like for you to make all of your signs at once.  I think it will be easier that way.  Remember, they will be displayed at games and at school.  We want them to be appropriate and well done!

There is 1 sign for the soccer game this Friday.  Since this one is last minute, if that family cannot get together after school, let me know.  We could do it during ART this Thursday.  If the family needs to trade this week with someone, start asking around and let me know.

This is a great chance to show your artisitc side and show some North love!  I love the school pride and it is so great to be a part of it.
